PhilosophyWe are competitive, but not too competitive. Players are always challenged to improve their skills. Playing time might not be the same for everyone, but we try to keep it balanced.
Team BioParadise Valley Baseball Club (PVBC) is a 14U Club Team featuring 8th graders and selective 7th graders who are motivated, full of passion & H.E.A.R.T. and want to enhance their skills to play and compete at the next level. We will be holding tryouts for our Spring/Summer season after Winter Nationals in January 2016 at the PVHS Trojan Baseball Complex located at 3950 E. Bell Road, 85032. (Date and time to be announced) The purpose of the PVBC is to support and encourage active participation and development of young baseball players' abilities and character as young men, both on and off the field. This will be done in coordination with and through the efforts of dedicated coaches, committed players and supportive families. PVBC teaches fundamental baseball principles and strives to see incremental skill improvements from every player on the roster. Paradise Valley Baseball Club is committed to developing today’s youth as baseball players, and quality, respectful young men off the field. We emphasize commitment, hard work/work ethic, sportsmanship, community involvement, hustle, effort, positive attitude, respect, teamwork and good competition as our core values. It is these core values that we strive to instill in our players and would like you to become a part of our program. The goal of the PVBC is to produce quality young men ready to play the game of baseball at the highest levels with the ultimate goal of having you become a part of the Paradise Valley Trojan Program as you begin your high school career. Our coaches (former HS and club coaches) ARE NOT paid and are strictly volunteering their time to pass their knowledge on to these players. This allows us to keep our costs to a bare minimum.
